If the product contains ads, then this is a third party product. To be honest, I do not like to write tons of sentences, so here is the demanded paragraph from admob ToS, it is accepted by me – point.

It is also quite visible which third party elements are used in my products and I will not quote their Terms, go there and read it yourself. Because I use them I obviously accepted their terms. I use Google Admob in the Ad Supported Games which are free to play and I use Google InApp Billing Services when it comes to InApp Purchases.

The former version of this policy was quite harshly formulated and noone cared. Even further, Site Statistics showed that in a period of almost 15 years(!) no single person has ever read it. None.
